Shelter Partnership is proud that the Honorable Harry Pregerson, Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals of the Ninth Circuit, was recognized as a Local Hero by Bank of America.  At a reception on November 14, 2006, ten local heroes were recognized for their dedication and commitment to the Greater Los Angeles area.  Each Local Hero also was able to designate a $5,000 from the Bank of America Charitable Foundation to a qualified nonprofit agency of their choice, and Judge Pregerson designated Shelter Partnership.
