The County of Los Angeles Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Program (HPRP) is a temporary assistance program intended to assist individuals and families who live in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County or one of the participating cities of Los Angeles Urban County (see attached link for a list of participating cities) and are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) Section 8 Homeless Program Request for Proposals (RFP).
HACLA is requesting proposals from qualified agencies interested in providing Section 8 Homeless Program services. The deadline for proposals is 2:00 p.m. on January 11, 2011.
The objective of the program is to place homeless households in permanent affordable housing and provide them with supportive services that will enable them to stabilize their living conditions and remain successfully housed in the long term.
