The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the City of Los Angeles Targeted Winter Shelter Program in Hollywood/ Van Nuys. A mandatory Proposers' Conference will be held in LAHSA's offices at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 2, 2010. The City of Los Angeles Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Program (HPRP) is a temporary assistance program intended to assist individuals and families who currently live in the City of Los Angeles and are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
